Production process for popularizing the knowledge of mesh bags

The production process of mesh bags is the most important step, which is directly related to the quality of bags, so it will more easily arouse people's curiosity about the process. Here, I will give you the similarities and differences between the two crafts:
1. Weaving technology of plastic woven bag
The process of producing woven cloth from flat filaments is to weave the flat filaments into cloth by interlacing the warp and weft. For the barrel cloth, the circular loom is used for weaving. There are many spindles on the warp frame of the circular loom. According to the width of the woven cloth and the width of the flat filament, a specified number of warp yarns are used. Before the warp yarn enters the circular loom, the warp yarn is cross opened by the brown frame of the warp yarn, and the weft shuttle circularly moves through the warp yarn in the cross opening to weave into a cylindrical cloth.
When a circular loom has several shuttles, several weft yarns are woven at the same time. For plain woven fabrics, they can be woven on flat looms, shuttle looms and water jet looms.
If the warp yarn is changed into split film yarn, double yarn and folded yarn, high-strength container bags and tons of bags can be woven.
The main indicators in the production process of woven fabric are: weaving density, width, tensile strength, weight per unit area of woven fabric, etc.
2. Flat filament technology of plastic woven bag
The production process of plastic flat filaments is a process engineering in which raw materials and auxiliary materials are mixed and extruded into thin films by the extruder. The films are cooled, divided into filaments (blank filaments), and then stretched and oriented to produce flat filaments. Finally, these flat filaments are wound on the bobbin, made into spindles and sent to the weaving process to produce woven fabrics.
The technological process for producing split film filaments is basically the same as that for producing flat filaments. Only after the filaments (green filaments) are divided, a wire tying process is added.
The main raw material for producing flat filament or split film filament is polypropylene (PP), and sometimes high density polyethylene (HDPE), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) or their blends are used.
The auxiliary raw materials for producing flat silk are mainly masterbatch (calcium filler), colorant (color masterbatch) and other modifiers, such as antioxidants and lubricants.
The main equipment for producing flat wire or split film wire is wire drawing machine, winding machine, auxiliary equipment is mixing machine, waste recycling equipment, etc.
The flat wire or split film wire production process is the most critical and complex process in the plastic weaving process. Its main process indicators include: temperature and pressure of the extruder, flow control, cooling, stretching, temperature control of heat treatment (finalization), drafting ratio of the flat wire, control of relative breaking force, elongation at break, output, energy consumption, output ratio, etc.
The two processes mentioned above are the most common and the most widely used. Through the above description, we believe that we have a better understanding of the two mesh bag processes, and we will not be deceived by the manufacturers in the future.
